From our trees to your kitchen, are olives are hand harvested and immediately packaged and shipped so that the freshness of our Block X is delivered to you. Our Sevillano olives also known as ‘Queens’ are naturally grown on our Block X, home of over ten cultivars, some rare and some original California ones like Manzanillo, Mission, and Sevillano. Our beautiful large Sevillano olives are the gift of our majestic historic trees planted over 100 years ago when the ‘California Ripe Olive’ was being introduced to our kitchens. Today our Sevillano olives are used to make our very unique fruit forward ‘Estate Sevillano’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2022 Best of California), our own Olivaia Olives, and enjoyed by a many from coast to coast, ‘de-bittered’ and cured to their own liking.
