From our trees to your kitchen, are olives are hand harvested and immediately packaged and shipped so that the freshness of our Block X is delivered to you. Our Original California olives are naturally grown on our Block X, home of over ten cultivars, some rare and a common disperse mix of Manzanillo, Mission, and Sevillano. Our mix of Original California olives are the gift of our majestic historic trees planted over 100 years ago when the ‘California Ripe Olive’ was being introduced to our kitchens. Today our mix, green and ripe, are used to make our unique ‘Block X Blend’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our own Olivaia Olives, and enjoyed by a many from coast to coast, ‘de-bittered’ and cured to their own liking.
